Ms. Marzia Greco graduated in law at “La Sapienza” University of Rome in January 2019, on time and cum laude, discussing a thesis on constitutional law – with profiles of civil procedural law – entitled “Constitutional profiles of nomofilachia“. (Supervisor Prof. Massimo Luciani). A few months after receiving her degree, she was awarded by “La Sapienza” as “Excellent Graduate of the academic year 2017/2018” during a public ceremony.

Winner of an Erasmus scholarship, in the 2016-2017 academic year she had the opportunity to study for six months at Kozminski University, the prestigious private university in Warsaw.

For academic merits, the University allowed her to anticipate the legal traineeship (concluded in April 2020) before graduating. She has been steadily collaborating with the Imbergamo Law Firm since October 2018.

She has gained experience in civil litigation, especially in the field of medical liability, inheritance and family law, real estate law as well as debt collection.

She has also dealt with and still deals with commercial law (with a special focus on company law), anti-money laundering (AML) and contracts – both in and out of court. Furthermore, she offers assistance to foreign citizens who intend to appeal to the judicial authorities for the purpose of recognizing Italian citizenship.

She graduated in Law from Sapienza University of Rome with a final mark of 110/110.

She has been qualified to practise law since 2004 and has been registered with the ordinary Roll of Lawyers since 2005, as well as with the Special Register of Lawyers admitted to practise before the Higher Courts since 2017.

In 2026, she obtained a second-level Master’s degree in Organisation and Innovation in Public Administrations from UnitelmaSapienza University of Rome.

She has practised law in Rome and Milan, also in collaboration with leading Italian law firms.

After collaborating with Studio Imbergamo from 2008 to 2012, she rejoined the Firm in 2026 as Senior Of Counsel.

She provides legal advice and assistance, both in and out of court, to companies, associations, foundations, entities, professionals and individuals in the fields of civil and administrative law and, in particular, in the Firm’s practice areas relating to contract law and anti-money laundering, in which she has gained solid expertise and experience.

She is admitted to the Rome Bar.

Alessandro Artuso, a lawyer admitted to the Rome Bar since 2015, has been collaborating with the Firm as Of Counsel since September 2022.

He graduated in Law from Luiss Guido Carli University in Rome in 2012, with a final mark of 110/110, discussing a thesis on “False Statements in Prospectuses and Behavioural Finance”. In 2013, he obtained a second-level Master’s degree in “Business Criminal Law” from the same university, graduating with a mark of 110/110 cum laude.

Mr Artuso provides legal assistance and representation, both in and out of court, in matters relating to criminal law and the administrative liability of legal entities pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231 of 2001, including with reference to serving as a member of supervisory bodies. His practice mainly focuses on business criminal law and, in particular, on bankruptcy, tax and corporate offences. Throughout his professional experience, he has also handled several criminal proceedings concerning environmental offences, offences against the public economy and property-related offences.

Giuseppe Pede obtained his Master’s Degree in Law in July 2018, discussing a thesis in criminal procedural law entitled “Civil Action in Criminal Proceedings Against Legal Entities”.

In 2020, he obtained a postgraduate diploma from the School of Specialization for Legal Professions at the University of Salento, graduating with a mark of 70/70 and receiving a distinction for merit and academic career. He discussed a thesis in Bankruptcy Law entitled “The Distribution of Bankruptcy Assets: The Case of the Public Works Subcontractor”, with which he was nominated for the V. Aymone Award.

He deals with all areas of civil law, with particular focus on commercial and corporate law.

In the course of his professional activity, he has developed specific experience in legal advisory services, as well as judicial and out-of-court assistance, in the field of Cybersecurity. In this regard, he mainly provides assistance throughout all preliminary phases relating to the security of public and private infrastructures, including compliance with the applicable legislation, as well as in cases of security incidents, cyberattacks and data breaches.

He is admitted to the Bar of Lecce.
