Ms. Marzia Greco graduated in law at “La Sapienza” University of Rome in January 2019, on time and cum laude, discussing a thesis on constitutional law – with profiles of civil procedural law – entitled “Constitutional profiles of nomofilachia“. (Supervisor Prof. Massimo Luciani). A few months after receiving her degree, she was awarded by “La Sapienza” as “Excellent Graduate of the academic year 2017/2018” during a public ceremony.

Winner of an Erasmus scholarship, in the 2016-2017 academic year she had the opportunity to study for six months at Kozminski University, the prestigious private university in Warsaw.

For academic merits, the University allowed her to anticipate the legal traineeship (concluded in April 2020) before graduating. She has been steadily collaborating with the Imbergamo Law Firm since October 2018.

She has gained experience in civil litigation, especially in the field of medical liability, inheritance and family law, real estate law as well as debt collection.

She has also dealt with and still deals with commercial law (with a special focus on company law), anti-money laundering (AML) and contracts – both in and out of court. Furthermore, she offers assistance to foreign citizens who intend to appeal to the judicial authorities for the purpose of recognizing Italian citizenship.

Giulio Viganò Caramani graduated in Law in July 2020 at “Roma Tre” University.

His passion for the world of sport and his familiarity with scientific subjects led him to write his degree dissertation in Political Economy, choosing to study the impact of the UEFA Financial Fair Play on the economic and sporting results of Italian football clubs. The preparation of an economic thesis allowed him to broaden and diversify his legal skills, while acquiring the ability to collect and process economic data.

Parallel to his university studies, he carried out an occasional buying and selling activity within the scope of the so-called slow smoke (purchase and sale of briar pipes and accessories), luxury watches and musical instruments. In virtue of this experience, and of a good knowledge of the products, he developed good commercial and organizational skills.

He has been collaborating with Imbergamo Law Firm since August 2020.

Mr. Viganò Caramani mainly deals with anti-money laundering (AML), assisting individuals and legal entities in the related compliance activities and in the opposition to administrative sanctions imposed by the Ministry of Economy and Finance.

Ms. Cristina Mangiafico graduated at “Roma Tre” University in September 2012, discussing a thesis in International Business Contracts entitled “Conformity of Goods in International Sales Agreements”. During the university period she participated for a year in the Erasmus project at the prestigious UCO – Universidad de Cordoba, in Spain.

Cristina Mangiafico collaborated with the Imbergamo Law Firm from 2012 to 2017 and since then she has been Of Counsel to the firm. She was admitted to the Bar of Rome in October 2015.

In February 2016, she got a second level Master’s degree in Corporate Criminal Law at “LUISS Guido Carli” University, with a thesis entitled “Il Reato di Autoriciclaggio“. Thanks to this course, she was able to investigate the problems relating to the administrative liability of entities dependent on a crime as well as the principles of drafting the organization, management and control models pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree No. 231/2001.

Expert in anti-money laundering and contracts between individuals, both nationally and internationally, she provides consultancy services on these issues to individuals and legal entities.

She also provides assistance in the field of corporate law and corporate compliance and also deals with civil litigation, dealing in particular with issues relating to debt collection, enforcement procedures and inheritance law.
