Anti-money laundering compliance pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2007. Assistance in the issuance of Bank of Italy authorizations, in the preparation of AML procedures and in staff training activities. Assistance in the phase of judicial opposition to the sanctioning decrees of the M.E.F..
Real Estate
Advice and assistance in drafting contracts. Assistance in the notarial stipulation, also by power of attorney from abroad. Negotiation and conclusion of complex real estate transactions on behalf of foreign entities and companies with interests and activities in Italy.
Litigation and Arbitration
Assistance and representation in court in every area of civil litigation, even before the Supreme Court of Cassation. Assistance in the pre-litigation phases before the Supervisory Authorities, including assistance during AML inspections. Assistance in arbitration procedures.
Inheritance and family law

Medical Liability
