Assistance and representation in court includes every aspect of civil litigation (urgent and precautionary judgments in general, writ of payment proceedings, ordinary judgments, executive proceedings, participation in property auctions, special proceedings also in the maritime field, etc.) and reflects the previously specified areas of activity, extending to corporate, commercial, real estate, compensation (including damage from medical error), hereditary and testamentary issues, family relationships, in the various degrees of jurisdiction up to the Supreme Court. We have also developed significant experience in the pre-litigation phases before the Supervisory Authorities and, in anti-money laundering matters, before the Ministry of Economy and Finance, including customer assistance during anti-money laundering inspections by the Tax Police, the Bank of Italy and the FIU.
