The professionals of the Firm have gained extensive experience in assisting foreigners who intend to reacquire Italian citizenship as descendants of Italian citizens (including cases in which the client’s Italian ancestor was born from an Italian woman before 1948). The professionals of the Firm carry out the related due diligence on all the documentation necessary for the purposes of the judgment and provide assistance throughout the judicial procedure, including the subsequent transcription phase in the public registers.
